First and foremost, do I have to pay for parking??
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY TO PARK! You can park in our parking lot for free when you visit our studio!
How, when and where can I book my classes? How far out can I book?
You can book classes easily though our website OR EVEN EASIER by downloading our FREE 'Ride & Roll Cycling' app for IOS or Android. Each of our classes go live one week in advance (Monday-Monday, Tuesday-Tuesday and so forth).
Can I pick my own bike spot?
Of course, we'd never tell you where to sit! Make sure you book early to make sure you get the spot you want before it's taken.
Do I need special shoes?
The pedals on our bikes DO require you to clip in (SAFETY FIRST!), so you will have to wear spin/indoor cycling shoes with either Delta or SPD cleats (our bikes have dual-sided pedals). IF YOU DON'T HAVE SHOES, it's no biggie! You can rent shoes from us when you arrive for $3.
Do you have showers?
We sure do! One in the women's and one in the men's.
What happens if I can't make a class I signed up for?
We know, plans change. If you can't make it, we just ask that you cancel within 12 hours of your class time. Class at 6am? Be sure to cancel by 6pm the night prior. Class at 5:30pm? Cancel by 5:30am that day to avoid late cancellation fees. Should you cancel after the 12 hour cancellation window, you will be charged $20. If you decide to "no show" without canceling, you will also be charged $20. Cancellation policy applies to all clients, including those with unlimited memberships.
How early should I arrive before class?
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes for class so that you have enough time to get properly set up on your bike.
Should I bring water?
Yes, you should try to remember to bring your own water. However, if you forget it at home, we do have bottled water for sale for $3 (But you should try to remember if, because like, who wants to pay $3 for water?).
What happens if I arrive late to class or need to leave early?
Out of respect for your fellow riders, we ask that you arrive on time and only book yourself for classes that you can attend from beginning to end. We are very conscious of your time and always strive to make certain our classes start and end on time out of respect for your commitments outside of our studio. Doors will close one minute before class begins and should not be reopened until after the ride is complete. Please note, if you are not checked in within 3 minutes prior to the class start-time, we do reserve the right to give up your bike to a standby rider.
The booking system said I joined the waitlist. What does that mean?
Oh no! That means the class you tried to sign up for is completely booked right now, but should someone in the class cancel, you can still get in! When riders cancel, we fill their booked bikes with riders on the waitlist in the order in which they signed up. You will receive an email notification alerting you that you have been added from the waitlist. Please let us know if you get pulled in last minute and cannot make the class.
Should I bring all of my valuables to the studio???
Okay, maybe this exact question hasn't been asked, BUT important to mention, nonetheless. Please leave all valuables at home or in a safe space of your choosing. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. We do have lockers located in the spin room available to use for personal belongings. Please review our terms and conditions HERE.
